We will meet with you, at your convenience to discuss your project in detail. We will use what we learned in these meetings to develop a plan for your new website, or redesign. Once you are satisfied with this proposal, and agree to have your project implemented by WebFire Designs, we will ask for a deposit.

Web Design Refund Policy Details

After the deposit is received, we will begin to work on the mock ups for your web design project. Upon presentation of the mock ups you can decide which one you would like to go with, or you can choose elements to combine from each design.

If after two revisions of the chosen design you are not completely satisfied you can ask for a full refund of the deposit paid. Once coding of your website begins no refund of the deposit is possible.

Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing

If we engage in SEO, or marketing on your behalf we do not ask you to sign any contract. If we are not achieving the results you expect you can cancel your relationship with us at any time.

Domain Name Registration

No refund of the domain name registration fee is possible if the domain name registration has already been completed.

Web Hosting

Web hosting is available on annual basis, prepaid. Yearly web hosting can be cancelled within 30 days of payment of the annual web hosting fee. After 30 days, no refund is possible.
